NotifyMe description:

NotifyMe is a versatile Windows Application that delivers text messages, images and audio in a multitude of combinations and styles to your Desktop as Pop-Ups, Balloon Messages, Desktop Backgrounds and more. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.

Use NotifyMe to remind yourself, partner or even the kids of important messages like chores or appointments. Moreover, you can use this application as a desktop background changer.

Two timing mechanisms are provided for activating the Notifications (messages) automatically, you can specify a certain time (e.g. 9:00) or you could use the countdown mode and activate a message every half an hour or so.
